Building a healthy
Future Together

We are dedicated to providing communities, schools, kids, and families with facilities and equipment in view of promoting physical activity and building social skills around the world.

Who are we?

A passionate and driven organization eager to tackle the issues of obesity and the lack of adequate physical activity in unprivileged communities around the world

What we do?

We build facilities to promote a culture of physical activity amongst underprivileged and the less fortunate populations around the world, especially kids

Why we do it?

Over the past three decades, obesity rates have tripled, and today, nearly one in three children in America are overweight or obese

Our Mission

We are a non-profit organization compassionately dedicated to improving lives all over the world by building character, team work, and health by promoting a culture of exercising amongst less fortunate populations in the world, especially kids.

Run and Play builds and provides schools, communities, neighborhoods, families even kids with facilities and equipment such as playgrounds, playing fields and courts in order to advance physical activity thus saving our future generations and eradicating obesity.

Obesity-related conditions include heart disease, stroke, type 2 diabetes and certain types of cancer that are some of the leading causes of preventable, premature death. The estimated annual medical cost of obesity in the United States was $147 billion in 2008 US dollars; the medical cost for people who have obesity was $1,429 higher than those of normal weight.
