what we fight for
We are a compassionate and dedicated group of individuals trying to improve lives all around the world by building character, teamwork, and health by promoting a culture of exercising among everyone, especially kids.
We provide people with the means to advance their physical activity lifestyle and help out wherever we can. We equip communities schools, businesses, and even families with sporting facilities. We don’t want the economical hierarchy to take away the opportunity to exercise from people. Hence, we provide sports equipment and also help build other facilities like playgrounds, playing fields, courts and a lot more.
An individual at a time, before we know obesity won’t be a social issue anymore.

Run and Play believes everyone should have the opportunity to Run and Play Everyday, regardless of how much money they have. Every human being should have free facilities in their community where they can be physical active.
How we do this
We will do this by creating a lifestyle and love with running and playing every day. Making it accessible, fun, and safe for everyone:
- Build and provide facilities in neighborhoods, communities, schools, businesses, and even families to promote physical activity every day.
- Donate equipment that promotes physical activity so kids and adults and families can Run and Play EVERYDAY.
- Conduct and lead studies and research to understand the effects and benefits of physical activity.
- Advocate and fight for policy changes. We will fight to change rules in communities, schools, states, cities, and governments. We will build and create campaigns to fight for physical activity in schools in view of eliminating obesity around the world.
- Give back – We are a charitable organization, so wherever we can help in other causes closely affecting underprivileged communities around the world we will step in and do whatever needs to be done.
